GREEN STREET
Green Street is a little community North East of Burnt Corn. Green Street
is where a slave owner by the name of Enoch Salter purchased a slave by the name
of Fannie (McCarter) Lee and her son Allen McCarter for $2000.00. Today, Green Street consist
primarily of African American citizens.
