"Tanner" Green
"Tanner" Green raised a large family mostly sons, it said that he give eight sons to the Confederate Army. He owned a large "Tannery in Burnt Corn and was very successful. It said he made shoe for the Confederate Army thereby earning him the nick name "Tanner."
