Monroe Station, Alabama

Monroe Station is a train stop on the outskirts of Monroeville, Alabama. This community is the home to some of the Marshall family. Pete Abney is the son of William Osborne Abney and Carlie Marshall Abney made his home in Monroe Station. Pete was a successful farmer and they lived there all of their lives.
Maggie Preyear the daughter of James "Jim" Tait and Irene Marshall and she married John Henry "Shag" Preyear and they live in Monroe Station all of their lives.
